I have only been with MB for 6 months but love the shared mission of working at a company that is focused on growing the kingdom. That kingdom minded approach should be a differentiator for us and will help us win in the market.

Increased levels of transparency coming from senior leadership

Total OTE but would prefer additional upside and accelerators
