We like to laugh and eat! The culture in our department is great.

Workshops on how to collaborate and listen to your coworkers would be very helpful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The operating system we use is out dated and does not support the client's needs.

It use to be that MB was inclusive but after recent interactions with other departments I'm starting to question that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the majority of 2023 we were understaffed due to frozen positions. The work had to be absorbed somewhere but there was not an increase in pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening and taking action accordingly. It's very discouraging to keep providing feedback only for it to not be taken seriously. Profit above all else seems to be leaderships motto.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's very difficult to collaborate. Often action items result in arguments because one party doesn't feel heard and talked over. The best and easiest action isn't taken because the company won't spend the money for improvements on internal process. Ultimately causing tension with employees and clien

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership spares no expense flying all over the country to be in office. Only to be in meetings with each other the entire time. They treat themselves to the fanciest restaurants but we count pennies when it comes to internal processes which are far from frictionless. Please listen.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything (bonus, pay, recognition) is based on production but we use an operating system that can't measure production or support our needs. There isn't an exit plan for this system. There is a very serious issue with 'passing the buck'. The work gets passed to the same people with no pay increase

As a manager my team has been understaffed since joining MB. I would like to be out of production but this has become the norm.
