Everyone seems to be upbringing and happy. They care about you outside of work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dont have anything against my coworkers really, more the situation we are in. Getting more and more work we are all wondering when the work load will even out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies or jobs that require less work are being paid at equal if not more. This job is throwing more and more at people with no compensation in anyway.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work load needs to be either less for the roles we are in, or compensate for taking on new and more tasks. This gives an environment that is not wanting to go above and beyond because you do not get any recognition for it.
