My overall experience has been good. However, recent events have revealed some serious mismanagement: Creating products without involving the team who will support it. Asking the sales team to sale products that aren't yet fully functional. Not paying close attention to it's financial income

While I have enjoyed the benefits of a great team along with the benefits of working remote it seams the executives continue to give me pause about the state of the company with their decision making.

Their care for their employees and openness of their efforts/changes to make the company better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The product and Dev teams need to stop shooting from the hip. Making changes first and then asking questions later

I feel that my General Manager, Intermediate Manager, and Direct Manager all want and fight for what's best for their employees

From my view Upper Management has been mismanaging the company. Now my team is working extra hard to cover for their mistakes/jobs/bonuses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better understanding the products they are managing. Streamline work processes. Ensuring that departments/managers are working together and not focused on their own singular goals.
