Depends on the week/month. There has been ongoing and significant organizational change making my experience fairly disjointed of the last couple of years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unreasonable workload and working multiple roles leading to 10-14 hr work days. Shrink the workload or increase the compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many competing priorities and last-minute pivots. This results in lack of trust our processes and fosters an attitude of indifference.
