when i first started it was amazing, now i think different. I feel like we have made up positions. Our lead does only the easy task at fast speed just to get her numbers up but she won't do the harder task. We can't ask her any questions when it comes to our work because she doesn't know.

when i first started i loved working here, now we have a new management team that acts like they hate their jobs. there's no communication and we have people here abusing the system getting away with it. We need a do over.

it's a lot of division when we are suppose to be one but it's so hard to tell especially from some of the management onsite

we are underpaid especially with the cost of everything going up, i feel we should work from home some days to offset the cost of transportation.

we are just like a little family, when one struggles we try and help each other understand. We love to laugh and lift each other up.

I can only speak for myself; I feel under paid. We receive emails and hear in meetings on how our company makes million our bonuses say otherwise.

it's not fair, the ones that doesn't know their job and the ones that don't come to work get the same benefits as the ones that comes to work and do their daily task.

repl our lead, or just eliminate it all together. She does all the easy task but leave the challenging task for us to do. we can't ask her for help because she don't know, she will go and ask the manager some we can do ourselves. More learning breaks and opportunities to grow in the company.
