
when i first started it was amazing, now i think different. I feel like we have made up positions. Our lead does only the easy task at fast speed just to get her numbers up but she won't do the harder task. We can't ask her any questions when it comes to our work because she doesn't know.
when i first started i loved working here, now we have a new management team that acts like they hate their jobs. there's no communication and we have people here abusing the system getting away with it. We need a do over.

we are underpaid especially with the cost of everything going up, i feel we should work from home some days to offset the cost of transportation.

I can only speak for myself; I feel under paid. We receive emails and hear in meetings on how our company makes million our bonuses say otherwise.
it's not fair, the ones that doesn't know their job and the ones that don't come to work get the same benefits as the ones that comes to work and do their daily task.
