IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS WONDERFUL BUT NOW IT CAN BE STRESSFUL AND FRUSTRATING BECAUSE OF ONE SIDED OPINIONS AND FAVORTISM AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROPER TRAINING. I FEEL LIKE MANAGEMENT SEES US ONLY AS $$$ NOT AS PEOPLE.

LOVE LEARNING NEW THINGS, I LOVE TALKING WITH MY CO-WORKERS, THE WORK ENVIROMENT IS PLEASANT AND NOT STRESSFUL. MY MANAGER IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO BUT SOMETIMES WON'T RESPOND TO ISSUES IN THE DEPARTMENT, BASICALLY PUSHES THEM ASIDE, HOPING THEY WILL GO AWAY ON THEIR OWN.

IT HAS BEEN GOOD, I AM NOT PARTICULARY HAPPY ABOUT HALF WAY THROUGH THE YEAR WE GET OUR UNLIMITED VACATION AND SICK PAY TAKEN DOWN BECASUE SOME PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY ARE ABUSING IT. THOSE SAME PEOPLE RARELY COME TO WORK, THEY FIND AN EXCUSE TO WORK FROM HOME WHICH AGAIN I DON'T FIND FAIR.

it could be better if we could work more from home, it would save money and wear and tear on my car.

I would feel better if I could get compensated for the job I do, I am a very reliable person who works very hard and would love to be acknowledged and compensated for it.

THEY WORK HARD TO UNITE THE 2 COMPANIES TOGETHER SO WE CAN FELLOWSHIP TOGETHER BUT I FEEL LIKE SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I AM GETTING CERTAIN BELIEFS PUSHED ON ME AND I DON'T LIKE THAT.

THERE IS NOT MUCH AT WORK THAT MAKES ME HAPPY TO BE HERE, OTHER THAN LOVING WHAT I DO AND SEEING MY CO-WORKERS. IT WOULD BE A LOT BETTER IF MY OPINION WAS VALUED BUT IT'S NOT

TO GET A RAISE THAT SHOWS THAT THE COMPANY VALUES ME AND SEES THAT I AM A RELIABLE WORKER AND DO MY BEST TO GET THE JOB DONE ACCURATELY AND ON TIME TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.
What are some of the best things about your team?
WE ARE A UNIT, MOST OF US WORK TOGETHER TO GET THE JOB DONE. I BELIEVE OUR LEAD NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB SO SHE CAN HELP WHEN IS NEEDED NOT RUN TO THE MANAGER TO GET THE ANSWER, WE CAN DO THAT.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I WORK HARD FOR THE COMPANY, I AM HERE EVERYDAY AND ON TIME, WHILE OTHERS COME IN AS THEY PLEASE OR DON'T COME IN AT ALL AND I HAVE LEARNED THAT NEW HIRES COME IN MAKING MORE THAN I DO. I TAKE PRIDE IN MY WORK AND TRY TO STAY POSITIVE BUT ITS HARD TO DO KNOWING NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS.

PAY INCREASE. I FEEL LIKE I AM NOT VALUED LIKE I THINK I SHOULD BE. I COME TO WORK EVERY DAY AND I NOT ONLY DO MY JOB BUT I ALSO HELP OTHERS ON MY TEAM THAT NEED HELP. PEOPLE ARE GETTING PAID MORE THAN I AM AND THEY HARDLY COME TO WORK AND WHEN THEY DO COME TO WORK THEY TAKE AT LEAST 4 BREAKS A DAY
