Even during stressful times there is positivity everywhere and coworkers willing to help out however they can.

Everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help when needed, even with tasks that may not affect their team or job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Publicly available information shows that my salary is slightly below average for my skillset and experience. Benefits are satisfactory so the easy answer is to invest in increased salaries and leave benefits as is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Publicly available data shows my skillset could be making me more money at another company. MB's benefits are in a good place, so focusing a larger portion of profits on higher employee compensation would be greatly appreciated.
