For my first year, it has been nothing but a fun and perfect place to work. Recent changes however have made myself and team members insecure regarding our positions.

I would have to say my team mates and that I'm helping our clients hire the best candidates for the positions sought.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I joined MB with a wealth of knowledge and experience within the criminal justice and background screening field. I feel even with my background, I am not a person who is sought after or valued other than within a group effort.
