Too many changes going on right now. I would not wise that on anyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of benefical raises. Not just for myself but for my entire team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My co- workers and managers are wonderful. I feel cared for and appreciated by them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get in the trenches with your employees and understand the daily pressure they are under

What are some of the best things about your team?

They care about each other. They help each other out as much as they can being remote.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is fantastic and have a heart for their job and customers. They truly have servant hearts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Co-workers make the pace bearable. They say "take your vacation time," but the work load does not allow for that with being so short staffed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop asking for the same information over and over in a different format. Make me feel appreciated and not someone here just to serve your needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The constant and incessant asks for reports, information, etc., that has already been provided. I work 9+ hours every day and sometimes weekends and evenings. There are no personal boundaries between work and home life.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The work pace is too fast. Too many changes and pivots happening at the same time. Work that was supposed to be transferred to other teams has not happened while more work is being placed on us.
