Overall it is a good company. My role is changing. This is not because of any one person. The business has just changed, so my job has changed.

People are generally happy to work here.

They are hard working. Team players.

I just enjoy working. This work is satisfying.

I have a terrific manger. He is friendly and welcoming.

My boss is terrific. The team I am on is very "siloed".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay here is not the greatest, but work environment is great.

I just don't feel we are rewarded when we do a good job (above and beyond).
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a job, this is good. The people around me are nice and I have a great boss.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am fairly new to MB. But what I have seen - the leadership tries to keep good communication open to all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is is the state of Florida. Lower wages are paid here. I have lived in other area of the county where wages are higher.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The communication for me is only through TEAMS or the phone. I could do this job from home, On the interview I asked if this was an in office job, I was told yes. The job changed, I am now working in the office, but have limited interaction with physical co-workers. Not my favorite, but happy I have
