My direct team and coworkers outside of my team that I have a personable relationship with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The comradery that we have is unmatched. Our team covers for each other if someone is out. Quick to jump in and help anytime it is needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The 2024 culture club has made things great. They thoroughly include everyone and ask for opinions on what everyone would like to see. It has created more personable relationships between the teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Listen to the employees that know the clients and their accounts. Listen to the employees that actually show up on a day-to-day basis and work. Start treating your hardworking employees like they are actually valuable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a few that actually care about this job. They show up, they are easy to work with, eager to help where needed, all around positive people. The couple that we have are the only reason this department stays afloat.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication with changes across departments. Too many times, a change is put into place and each department is told something different. It is not noticed until a client is effected and departments are questioning each other due to not being on the same page.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have continually stepped up in high-pressure situations and done things far above my pay grade. My attendance is close to exemplary. I have been here when we have had close to no employees, working 11-13 hour days, wearing many different hats. Given a "title' that wasn't actual legitimate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

When they bring in new management (director, manager, or VP), they should really consider the people that have been here and know the clients before implementing the change or pushing their weight around here. Get to know the people that have kept this place afloat and have the client rapport.
