i want to just work and not be asked how i feel about it with surveys. isn't this spam? ;)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is only one co-worker that I have an issue with, and that's because her work sits in the queue for extended periods.

Grammar and spelling. We send reports to clients, and those reports should contain proper spelling and grammar for ease of use for our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do think we could be paid a bit more for all the things we need to know. But I can't "complain", so to speak, because my bills are paid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't micromanage. I am adult, I know my job duties, and I can't tolerate someone standing over me or watching me work, so I'm glad they trust my skills.
