The people on my team and others are always doing our best to serve the customers. We believe in customer service not customer avoidance!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As MB lets fellow employees go, their work still needs to be done. That work is given to another team member, who already had a full plate of work. This, along with all the other duties MB askes from us, should be recognized and compensated.
