Folks are dedicated not only to the company goals and purpose, but to each other. Good teamwork.

I have been a part of many teams, but my current test is very unified and committed to our projects/goals/ each other.

I like the structure and consistency of the industry. Although there are consistency, they are also many changes and oppurtunites to learn new things.
