Ministry is not a bad company to work for. Love the people! the work load is not bad. i just wish there is room for growth, We have people whose been here 10+ years in the same position they are in when they started this company, Give the people a chance instead of hiring outside people.

Had a lot of ups and down but overall its not too bad.

The work is not hard and its great! it's just having some lazy people in other department's that has you doing their work, they dont go by SOPs, which causes a lot of back and forth. Communication is sometime not always there.

Being able to actually have a job

There is not really a culture, everyone is to themselves

We work as a team and everyone is willing to help out wherever needed.

I like how the leadership team cares about the company and how they can approve it.

that we all can come together on some days and fellowship when the culture club plans events.

I like how are team work together as a team! but sometimes we are all not on the same page.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy that i have a job and have a great management team in my department. but the unnecessary stress can just ruin your day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in the company for 5+ years, i shouldn't still be getting paid in the "Teens." my pay should at least be in the 20's
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont know really know what our higher ups really do. but the leadership team that i am under department wise, i like the fact that they take the time to hear us out and go over and beyond for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we have a culture club team that tries to bring a little fun into the environment. I see how hard they work with what they got. Maybe if they had a set budget, they could probably do a lot more activities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of effort and work and the time that i have been working here i should be getting paid a little bit more than what i am making now, especially with the cost of living its hard to actually enjoy a paycheck.

I believe MY manager shows that i am valued and pushes a lot to fight for me. My manager tries to fight for a better raise for me, but at the end of the day it lies on upper management. i believe for the amount of work that we do does not match our pay. especially if you been here for 5+ years.
