
I get to interact with several of the product groups - and enjoy working with all of them. I am yet to find someone that I clash with even a bit. Being in an admin position, there is always that initial reaction that people tend to have of "You'll take away my access!" but that ends quickly enough
Remote work - having social anxiety being remote is my comfort zone.

Our managers do seem genuinely caring when one of us has to deal with family matters or when emergencies come up. That flexibility instills loyalty and comradery.
I enjoyed the lunch and learn -type webinars where a group would share information / knowledge about what they do or more of the technical details of operations day to day
When they clearly communicate the direction of the company and our goals. This helps us work toward the same goals bringing ideas to our immediate supervisors to work toward those goals.
The team is humorous and friendly when we are not focused on an issue. However when the time comes to work, we are focused and work well together to get to solutions quickly.
