open to diversity without going overboard, people support each other when in need
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team seems to care about me as an individual as well as an employee. I would give them a 90% score for them caring about what I think.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that my overall experience as well as performance has been taken into consideration, as if leadership is just meeting a number to keep overall compensation as low as possible
