It's overall a positive experience with nice work environment and great co-workers. I think pay rate and more opportunity to be promoted within the company need to be improved.

Acknowledgement for hard work and exceeding expectations. Holiday parties and celebrations. Having management that is easy to talk to and available when you need them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of years worked here and times myself as well as others go above and beyond, it doesn't reflect properly in the merit increase especially when corporate decides the amount when they are not present in office. Plus, the cost of living in the area makes everyday living still a struggle.
