I am always very busy and I thrive when I am busy.

My immediate leadership team is excellent. I do not interact with the MB leadership team very much.

Everyone is willing to help and jump in when needed. The kindness by the team is unmatched!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work that is outside the scope of my position and job description. I love what I do and am happy to do it, but I believe I could be compensated with a higher salary in order to reflect the tremendous amount of work I put in on a day to day basis.
