I enjoy what I do for a living, I enjoy the people I work with, and I just hope there is still a place for me after all of the changes and realignment have been completed.

The general camaraderie we share with one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that everyone is considerate of one another and they try to help each other out when they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but as someone who has worked for this company well over a decade, there is no regard to tenure, so someone who was just hired within the past year will have the same amount of time off than I do and in most cases has likely has been hired at a higher salary.
