My experience began positive, turned negative, and is now back to being incredibly positive. I love the position I am in, I am working towards new goals, and MB has allowed me the opportunity to do so. It's been a roller coaster of an experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to genuinely make a difference for a church.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "community" our teams have built. I have made lifelong friends through these teams and still maintain frequent communication even as we have moved into new roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team that I have been on here at MB has been wonderful. The collaborative efforts put forth and teamwork have been some of the best I've experienced in my years of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to my direct leaders, I truly appreciate the support they have given me and their ability to truly support their employees. However, it did take me moving positions within the company to get to a place of contentment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When comparing positions to similar ones on the market, pay here is definitely at the lower end of the spectrum. PPTO definitely helps with that, but it is disheartening when there are no bonus capabilities and the yearly merit increases are minimal at best.
