I love my job but I worry about the clients leaving and I feel like no one cares to ask why this happening. And communication does not seem to be improving. We all complain about it but no one in leadership has ever asked for specific reasons why we feel that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our new VP has brought new hopes of things improving in this area.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a productive day and not just taking care of client complaints all day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and help each other although we have not ever met in person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our new VP of sales is awesome and I feel he has our back and he is working on resolving issues we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid the same as my counterparts, who have been here less amount time and are less experienced than I am.
