What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are knowledgeable about the business and keep everyone up to date on policies that are constantly changing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing about the culture at the company is how supportive coworkers are of each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are great at what they do and are very helpful. They are also nice, and I look forward to catching up with them during our breaks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better about my compensation if it was enough to be able to sustain a single individual living alone. There is not a single day that I am not stressed over my financials.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as though I am singled out at times and micromanaged while others are not. As for compensation, being paid more to account for rising rent and costs in the area which would cause me less stress and be able to better focus at work.
