I enjoy the company environment, as well as the work load. The only complaint I have is the pay.

We are constantly told that the company is expanding and increasing revenue but protection does not see any of that in our paychecks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be a lot of positive feedback when it comes to the growth of the company; growth of sales, increase in revenue, etc. However, that is not reflected in raises.
