Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WE Keep getting more and more worked dumbed on us with no real compensation increases, or ability's to take time off do to staffing shortages and new rules about on call hours!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over worked, and under appreciated. How is it the company feels demanding we have on call staff for holidays after promising unlimited time off and pay for the holidays. How can you plan a trip if you have two be on call during the holiday break? How can you unwind and enjoy your time off knowing
