I have seen a lot of changes during my time here. I started on a small team that didn't have an official process for anything. But it improved. I've found myself being a victim of some changes within the company due to the poor planning and implementation. Otherwise, I love it here and very proud.

We work as a team and are always willing to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The standard AE in our industry makes 60k+ I make way below that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are creating more incentives for us to earn. More opportunities to meet (SKO).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are as a team looking at for each other and respecting each others views. We want everyone to successful and want to learn and teach and how to do it.
