Although I feel like MB was better before the acquisition, I still enjoy working for MB and serving the customers/admins. I love the people that I get to work with.

Working for MB is great. Mostly taking care of the customers and providing a sense of encouragement and fulfillment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay at Ministry Brands is not comparable to other Support jobs in the area. $36,000 to 38,000 starting pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking care of the customers needs. At the end of the day, our customers happiness is the most important and gives a since of fulfillment that I we have served them well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I appreciate the wonderful raise this year, the merit increases in the past years have not been good. I learned tier 2/3 and worked them while the person was on maternity leave. I only received a small merit increase that year.
