The day to day is great except for the office gossip. Some people have too much time on their hands, and use it to police other people's schedules and breaks. Working remote would solve a lot of the issues and reduce the mental toll of going to work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture club is amazing. They do their best to ensure we connect interdepartmentally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had a situation recently that led me to learn about our maternity/LOA/FMLA plans. I was unable to work due to 3 high medical needs emergency foster care placements. The info I got told me that we cater to traditional families - natural births and adoption - AKA not queer families like mine.
