I have been here 2.5 years and overall my own experience has been great. But most times - work list is what YOU make it. My manager is supportive and tenured, my Ops Mgr is knowledgeable and Amazing at what she does. I feel supported and heard.

The best part is the free option for health care that MB covers.

"The Company" outsourced my department to India. We are not having a good time.

Most of my team is highly efficient and motivated to 'get it done' quickly and correctly the first time.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. We are motivated to be the best we can be and that makes my job here easier!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive part is the fact that MB tries to recognize and is enthusiastic about the culture here. Most companies do way less.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In all honesty, the highest my interaction goes with 'leadership team' is Amanda Kearns, Ops Director for Tulsa Protection Verifications/Fulfillment. She is a 10/10 - LOVE her and what she has brought to MB. I don't interact with other 'leaders'.
