I've been impressed with my immediate leader in how much care and push for my personal growth has been evident from day one.

The "unlimited" PTO is a great perk Remote work is also nice

They are willing to help at a drop of a dime and are willing to share their knowledge

It's a challenge each day to learn something new and to also help share that knowledge with a willing team

They believe in their mission which is something that i also believe in so it's nice when my values match the company I work for.

1. There's always something new to figure out 2. I get to help others succeed in their roles 3. Management supports us as a team and individual

They are invested in the company's vision of growth and expansion. My direct leader works hard to keep the team in the know as well as providing us with critical feedback on our performance

Two Pros: 1. They are willing to help wherever possible 2. They seem to have the employee's best interests One con: A lot of manual processes are allowed to retain a client
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
MB really cares about their employee engagement. When I was first onboarded, there was a followup meeting with a group of newbies to get their feedback. I've never had that opportunity and it was a good show of positive re-enforcement of MB's care
