We enjoy each other's time, and we have a lot in common with each other. We are all very open with each other and communicate effectively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to get paid a living wage. Looking at other companies with the same positions people are make a lot higher and the companies have been in business just as long.
