Overall my experience is positive. However, that is because I can work remote. If I had to go in office every day I would have a less positive outlook about my job.

Overall my experience is positive. I know my direct supervisor cares about me and our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone feels welcome and included in the Culture Club events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is great at making sure the team is taken care of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work from home is the best compensation this company can offer me.

My immediate supervisor is wonderful and definitely cares about me as an employee and a person.

My team cares about each other very much. They are always very helpful and very supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to do my job at my own pace. I'm very happy that I get to work at home and still not be micromanaged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not take many benefits provided by my company as my husband's are better. However, being able to work remote is the best compensation that I could possibly ask for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with directly are wonderful. They are fun and generally have a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing them and speaking to them when I am in office.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is being able to be productive but also work at my own pace. I enjoy being able to work from home and feeling a balance between my work and home life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is very laid back and easy to work with. I am not micromanaged which is a definite plus. My co-workers care about each other and we all try our best to celebrate and support each other.
