Most toxic culture I've ever experienced. Plenty of nice misguided people trying to earn a living but being exploited

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Changing of the guard to competent accountable leadership. Even after the January leadership shakeup. Leadership should be gutted rather than customer facing depts. Promote based on merit. Give teams resources to be successful and value customer experience.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor allocation of resources. Leadership and entire depts. are sequestered off campus with zero accountability. Everything is now focused on verticals but the customer is given no training or tools to be successful so how is there opportunity for vertical growth? Incompetent Leadership abounds

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No accountability here. Every dept. is siloed and in spite of executive leadership changes there are a handful of tenured folks that get access to upward mobility and token promotions (glassdoor complaints about lack of diversity led to string of unqualified female employees promoted to leadership.)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sales comp plan changed 6x in a calendar year. Told by leaders hands were tied as operations VP Piotr Kadella (who never met us) believed we were overpaid. Overnight they tried to dock salary 10K. When company hit a sales roadblock due to poor reviews, quotas went up and payouts down.
