  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Nike?
    Nike has a lot of people in high positions who have been there forever and are complacent. They don’t value outside experiences in leadership - only what you’ve done at NIKE.

    Less silos and more rapid DevOps culture + continuous deployment with more opportunities to move around teams and/or objectives for greater career breadth (still possible but requires changing positions every year or two at the company to accomplish through formal interview process).
