Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation unclear. We are told an annual evaluation score of a certain amount will lead to a certain raise and that is never the case. Every year is a different and unimpressive percentage. It is difficult to maintain a staffed unit when most hospitals are offering more pay AND benefits.
