They are honest. They try to be clear on expectations and they are willing to listen to alternative perspectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My specific role does not really have a market equivalent, so I think it is difficult for HR to really know what it is worth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants to do their best. Everyone has a common goal of doing whatever is best for our patients. We have a lot of very smart, kind, hard working and committed people.
