Feeling a sense of accomplishment as I complete tasks.

I like the fact that they care about the staff and think of ways to let them know they care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think because I am outside of Atlanta I am paid at a lower rate than if I was doing the same job in Atlanta.
