I love Northside. It is a community non-profit hospital. It is here to serve the community, not to make money off of patient's suffering. Northside offers financial assistance to those who can't pay, unlike some other hospitals in the area. We do more "good deeds" than other hospitals.

I love Northside. I go to Northside for all my healthcare, so I can see it from the perspective of an employee and a patient. It is the best hospital in Atlanta.

They support the staff and work very hard to retain employees.

I enjoy my job and I feel like I am helping others. It gives me satisfaction.

Friends, respect, tolerable workload, time off when I need it, kind words from my coworkers and managers.

I can't say enough good things about Northside. I wish I had started working here many years ago.

My team is the best team I have ever worked with. Everyone helps each other and are very gracious.

Northside is all about growth. Growth of the company and growth of the communication between doctors, growth of it's employees' skills....growth in every way possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's so much to love about the benefits package. I use tuition reimbursement, certicatoon reimbursement, and student loan reimbursement. The medical insurance is comparable to other companies.

While medical benefits are getting worse everywhere across the country, Northside has been increasing the other benefits that it offers. The Student Loan reimbursement plan has helped me immensely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together great as a team. It sounds cliche but we all have strengths and weaknesses and we work to play to each others strengths while encouraging others to grow.
