Our team is mostly cohesive and are willing to jump in and help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Retention pay, COVID pay. Insurance covered by hospital. 403b match up to 4% at 100%.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale is extremely poor d/t high turnover rates, increase in travel nurses, and lack of acknowledgement from management.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am placed in my assigned role. Great doctors to work with and staff members are helpful
