What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great as a team. Everyone plays there part and I look forward to coming into work to work with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager recently fought for me to get a increase in pay. The fact that I had to look elsewhere for NS to realize they needed to compete is a issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been dealing with COVID for almost 2 years now. They just recently, in the last month or 2, offered pandemic pay. We have lost over a 3rd of our staff because they feel underappreciated. It was a little to late.
