the morale is horrible. Many of us don't feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living has gone up, our pay does not reflect it (not just for RN's).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Increase pay for all positions, not just the RN's. Also there is a rumor that the staff was suppose to be paid more money for the COVID pandemic.
