Nurses on my unit need to be properply compensated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work on a unit that is challenging and nurses from Icu do not want to come help and med/surg nurses are mlt skilled to come. Therefore, we are the only nurses who can work our unit, but we can staff the entire hospital.
