Incentive pay such as call shifts and higher premiums is more reason to pick up extra shofts and our units wouldn't be short staffed and everyone stretched so thin. Also northside is very shady and secreticve about pay and makes pay stubs unneccessarily hard ti read and ensure you're paid corrctly
I think our unit and manager has some of the best teamwork in the system. The reason I've stayed with northside is not because of the company, but the people I work directly with and for. They are the ones that make me feel valued and like I make a difference, not northside as a company
