Friendship and comraderie. These things matter when it comes to caring for others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem very supportive. Especially during covid and a time where employees are battling illness, stress, burnout.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm extremely hard working and go far beyond what others in my job title do but I was given only a 2% raise last year. Also I feel my pay is below par.
