Great environment to be but the pay needs to increase for us PCT,ECTs we are doing to much for little pay.

They help each other. We actually work as a TEAM.

Again, working as a TEAM is what it's important to make our job easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definitely more pay, we are doing to much for so little. Other companies just like some restaurants and Walmart get get paid just as much for little effort, and we are working hard for little pay.
