Better pay. Fix understaffing. Better benefits fornstudent loan repayment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that NSH underpays their nurses in relation to other hospitlas. I work weekend option but onferl the $5/hr extra isnt worth working in constently understaffed conditions. The studrnt loan repayment plan is also very limited.
