I have been at Duluth in the ER for 9 years and absolutely love everything about where I work. Having amazing co workers and managers beat more money being at other hospitals. I always say they're gonna have drag me out of this place.

Everyone has your back and so much fun and keep the energy alive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just have some problems with my weekend option pay getting paid, but that's it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are my family they have my back and I feel like I can rely on them more sometimes than my own family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is amazing! My manager is top notch and cares about me as a person 100%. I left once to work at children's healthcare and ran back to this place so fast. I work at Duluth in the ER and these people are my family! I truly look forward to coming to work and working with the best people EVER
