I thoroughly enjoy my job, peers, and patients. I feel that a person with as much experience as I bring to the team should be better compensated financially. Northside needs to focus on employee retention as nursing & tech staff are leaving in mass exodus because of better paying opportunities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have well over 25 years of medical experience but my hourly rate is not commensurate with my experience
