I love working for Northside Hospital. But I think we should be more and fairly to match other health care systems around us. To keep our employee satisfied happy and to retain them too. But overall I happy to work here and to support my community.

Co-workers are respective, friendly, team players and a mixed culture of people from all over the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the nurses and other employees should be paid much more and better to retain them in the company and stop them from leaving go to travel. I feel/think loyal employee who have been here long should be pain fairly for their loyalty and years of experience they have continued to support/contrib
